Removing an annotation

You can remove existing annotations from documents as follows:

1. With the annotated document open in the Document Browser, click on the browser button corresponding to the annotation type that you wish to delete, or select it from the Edit > Annotate menu.
   For example, click    or select Edit > Annotate > Text note to delete a Text Note annotation.
2. The mouse pointer turns to a marker.  Move the marker to the annotation you wish to delete and click once. The Edit window will display, with the Delete button active.  
3. Click Delete. The annotation will be removed from the display.
4. When you close the document browser, you will be prompted to save your Annotation changes.  Clicking Yes will remove the annotation permanently.  Clicking No will restore the annotation to the document.
